At Adorn Cosmetics, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
